Additional quantity without a dispute
Instead of the 80 m² of protective wall in the bill of quantities, around 600 m² were needed. We invoiced the additional quantity with a measurement under the existing item. The client confirmed this in writing, without a variation order.

No, the cards show the service, scope and estimated volume, not the outcome of the procedure.
Do you also estimate for other bidders?
Yes, for example a demolition, estimated for a subcontractor as bidder. Most of our estimates are bids for public tenders.
