Specification, quantities, preliminaries and plans compared. You receive: notes per item for your bidder queries.
Variation management
Changed and additional work tied to the contract under VOB/B or the German Civil Code, calculation included. You receive: variation statement with delimitation of the work.
Budget-versus-actual and cost control
Contract rates, progress and costs on the same basis. You receive: report with deviations by quantity and price.
Quantity survey and invoices
Quantity take-off, interim and final invoices with supporting documents.

Invoice review for clients
Where we review for a client, we do not bill on behalf of its contractor.
We check interim and final invoices and variations for amount. You receive a review report with the amount checked and the reasons. We review for companies and public clients, not consumers.

As a fixed price: you send us the bill of quantities with the complete documents and receive a fixed-price offer.
Which formats do you accept?
GAEB files in formats X81 to X86; older formats such as GAEB 90 and GAEB 2000 on request.
What does tender support include?
We guide you as a bidder through the procurement procedure under VOB/A, from deadlines and proof of suitability to ready-to-submit documents. You receive a checklist for the procedure.
How do you determine variation prices?
According to the contract basis; for VOB/B contracts, according to the VOB/B rules. Every variation comes with its calculation and supporting documents.
